Project:        

Design of industrial units at Park West to meet with the required site coverage of 20,000 sq.ft per acre for Harcourt Developments Ltd. A total of six sites were developed: 9-12 inclusive and sites 20-21, each (with the exception of site 20) share the same aspect overlooking the canal and the same architectural and material references.

Designs included high bay warehouse and distribution centres for occupiers such as Gill and McMillan also light industrial cluster units for sites 11 and 21. Warehouse and office areas were designed to suit the specific requirements of individual purchasers / tenants.
